My name is Anthony Melendrez, and I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in the small seaside town of Hartlepool in the North East of England. Alongside my supportive family—my wife and our two wonderful children—I’ve built not only a career but a passion for capturing memories that last a lifetime.

Photography, for me, is more than just a profession—it’s a calling. With over 10 years of experience, I have dedicated myself to telling love stories through timeless images. I’m known for being approachable, easygoing, and deeply emotional. Yes, I’ll admit it—I cry during vows and speeches, because I truly feel the joy, love, and meaning of those moments. That sensitivity allows me to connect with couples and families on a deeper level, ensuring that the photographs I create reflect not just what the day looked like, but what it felt like.

At AMP Studio, I work with a small, talented team that also provides professional hair and makeup for many of my wedding and portrait sessions. Together, we create a relaxed, enjoyable experience for our clients—because feeling comfortable and cared for is the key to capturing genuine smiles, laughter, and emotion.
